Finally I managed to compiled a version of WinhTTrack 
under VC.NET, (VC7). 

I failed to run the program, getting error like:
Warning: no document names in string for template #128.
Warning: no document names in string for template #128.
Warning: no shared menu for document template #128.
Warning: no document names in string for template #128.
Warning: no shared menu for document template #128.
Warning: failed to load menu for CFrameWnd.
Detected memory leaks!

What could be the problem?  seems setup issue.

If you send me email, I can send you the report on what I 
have changed on the code.  (those are minors syntax 
changes.  VC7 is more strict than VC6.)  I can send you 
the zip file if you need.
