In Wordpress you should be able to use, or create, a separate theme for mobile
devices. Take the Home link off for that theme (and make any other tweaks you
deem necessary). Then on your device with your link-less page, run your
search.

You could also categorize the items as you enter them, either with categories
or tags, and then run your search from the main category/tag page for that
clinic.
