Same error here now.  I've used WinHTTrack for years, but now getting this
error.  Tried upgrading to the 5-15-2014 version, but same error.

Index page is dynamic with index.php

I've searched the internet with lots of people reporting the same error, but
as yet, not found any reporting a solution.

Love the product, when I used it previously.
