IPv6 was not totally disabled (maybe it was disabled as external routine
protocol in your case, but the protocol itself is still there ?), but in all
cases your should have a working proxy by using fe80::141b:2ce3:3f57:fefb as
address and 8080 as port.

Isn't the proxy working correctly when using this address ?
