One of our clients has a website that we have handed over. She now needs to
make some changes to the site and it appears that the URL to access the CMS
does not work and that your software was used to copy the site and turn it
into a static site without her approval or our approval. 

Are you able to confirm if this process can be reversed and if so how and who
can do it?
