Dear HtTrack,
     I am unable to grab the web page from command line option.
     The below one is the command line option 
WinHTTrack --get
<http://www.windows8downloads.com/win8-httrack-website-copier-ftfuxdwp/> -o
"F:\html"
     Can you please help me how to grab a web page from command line options
in windows. I installed httrack_x64-3.48.19
