when downloads site with big pdf documents i`ve got massige failures to
download files - they loads with speen 25kb/s and after some fixed time load
aborts. in project settings there is undefined/empty settings for speed and
time limits - therefore i expects that speed and time is unlimited! only after
i explicitly setup an big value of time and speed - downloads go well.
