HTTrack creates a new document for each anchor tag (#abc) within the same html
document. If a given html page contains multiple anchors (as is in many
forums), this page is replicated multiple times under the same filename with
random suffixes. The same takes place if the document is the target of
anchored links from other pages. Bloating the mirror with identical documents
icreases its size many times. How to ignore anchors at all, they should not be
taken into account when mirroring.
