Hi guys.

How to get max download speed ?I change MAX transfer rate to: 999999 and get
download speed 250 KBytes/s.
Then try to change conections from [Empty], 1 and 2. And every time max speed
is 250 KBytes/s.

But if try to download with Opera browser file is downloaded with 1,5
MByte/s.
