Yes, however the interface doesn't (seem to?!) reflect that; the add URL
dialog, /server/addurl.html has a hard-coded "http://" which sits outside of
the text-area, where we can enter the URL address. 

First time using it, after a (long!) while; trying to figure out how
everything works!..:)
