Error starting the mirror.

Updated program updated mirror site mimex.ru, upload your site to a different
folder. Both mirrors do not run, the message:
Not Found page for the web address file:
///E:/DownLoad/MMXs/Mimex.ru-11.09.2015/cid%3aprimary/primary.

What to do? Help me!
