I am not sure if it will work for you or not.However, it worked for me...

Check your log file first, it has vital info. for instance, in my case i saw

02:01:16	Warning: 	Moved Permanently for xxx.com/

02:01:16	Warning: 	Redirected link is identical because of 'URL Hack' option:
xxx.com/ and www.xxx.com/

02:01:16	Warning: 	File has moved from xxx.com/ to <http://www.xxx.com/>


hence i tried using url <http://www.xxx.com> and it worked
