I have path C:\Users\George\SkyDrive\ΑΒΓΔΕΖ (last part is some Greek
chars) and try to download a site telling it to save there under a subfolder
XX (that doesn't yet exist), resulting in various folders being generated, one
under that path with the subfolder name I asked for, and two others under the
SkyDrive folder with stange chars in the name and inside them also have that
subfolder
