I've experimented by right-click and save

and after about 7th right click and save it gave me a expl.htm or 

that HTML had only 30 lines with 

meta http-equiv="refresh" content="10;

and some javascript 

hmmmm almost seems that they even track by IP or so? if to many requests are
coming from one IP .. but I doubt it because sometimes thousands of users can
be sharing same IP on fiber ... say some school in India
