Yes, I got it work on my ibook running 10.2.1, (Darwin 6.1)
by simply commenting out line 72 of this file: src/htsnet.h
- as make had a fatal error with in_addr_t having already
been defined. Once I did that, make and make install worked
great.

I'll try to contact Xavier, perhaps he can make an
appropriate change to the source.
