I want to download all of the links within a specific directory.

Only a webpage that has the following 

<https://www.thiswebsite.com/messages/>

as part of the string I want to download.

So, I want HHTPTrack to download
 <https://thiswebsite.com/messages/23>


but not download <https://www.thiswebsite.com/terror>
