Small update: 
It creates a html of that page (The error in the log is Error:  "Not Found"
(404) at link for each of them) but the picture is not shown (contains proper
layout but no picture). The folders
that contains the pictures
(https://cdn.ampproject.org/1/www.website.com/data/) are not even downloaded
at all though no error is shown in the log nor any reference to the domain.  

After using debug the problem seems to be that HTTRACK thinks that the jpg
image is in <https://www.website.eu/comics/picture/Comic/1/picture1.jpg> this
location while it is actually in
<https://cdn.ampproject.org/1/www.website.eu/data/picture1.jpg>. This is why I
get the Not Found (404) message. I do not understand why it is not looking at
the proper source. Is there any way around it?
