Hi, i am trying to make an offline copy of a website, the website is in Arabic
and English languages. 

everything works good on the english language but the arabic language pages do
not work. 
it say it says in the log "open error when decompressing" 

I figured it must be because of the page title 
as it is online as 
<http://ahmad-alshukairy.org/%D9%86%D8%A8%D8%B0%D8%A9/>
but when the software tries to read it it goes like
<http://ahmad-alshukairy.org/????????/>

I really appreaciate what you guys did in the software. 
I also really hope you can help me as soon as possible as I really need to
finish this project.
