Try being more general with:

or variations of:
ipsapp002.lwwonline.com
ipsapp003.lwwonline.com
etc.

You can also try putting them in the first screen for the 
WinHTTrack config instead of instead the options scan rules.

You'll probably also need to specify a maximum mirror 
depth, and avoid forums with httrack.
