Subject: After new install Win 8.1 - File not found

Hi Xavier & All,
My Windows 8.1 PC crashed while in hibernation mode and I had to rebuild it.
Recovered data with Pinguy(Ubuntu 14.4.
Copied My Web Site folder to "C" dive and it looks like all files are there,
but I get "File not found" error.
The Website itself no longer exists - closed down.
Please help me to get it up and running again on my PC.
