i swear i just finished RH8 RPM packaging 3.21-7 this morning.

by the way, absolutely fantastic program - i've been using
it for years to xfer news sites for reading offline on a
portable device. couldn't do it without you (AvantGo is not
an option for this device).

another btw, i have a couple of install nits to pick:

related to /usr/share/doc/httrack/ 

 'HelpHtml' could just be named 'html'
 generated httrack-doc.html is broken and useless anyway
 (people use index.html just fine - right?)
 your css is embedded vs installing & using httrack.css

related to /usr/share/doc/exemples change to examples

thats it. maybe you've fixed some of these in this -8
