Not yet.  Its currently a Feature Request (112).

The Problem is that there is only one page

the "?" means Variable list comes next.

So what happens currently is that Httrack see a bunch of different versions of
the page and adds a index number to keep them separate on your Hard drive.


All the links on your local archive get updated, so the site will work as you
expect. 
But the file folder containing all the quote.html#### are not very useful
directly.
