This has nothing to do with HTTrack ;)  To do this you will need to acquire a
special program and burn a few files onto the CD along with your mirrored
website.

I suggest you search on Google for "autorun.inf".  There are many tools (and
tutorials) to do what you want -- some are free, but most are not.
