capture.

Do the filters over rule this URL to *any page* ir do the filters, reagrdless
of weather domain is specified in filters, would stick within same URL.

eg.. can the Web URL be : somewhere.com.

but filters listed as +*.html, +*.jpg and it would honer within the URL
listed?
