I'm not sure what you mean by "html version". Most websites aren't made of 100%
HTML, they're a combination of CSS and sometimes PHP and Javascript. If it has
extra elements and you only download the HTML portion it won't be entirely
visible offline.

This means that you'll need to download the extra files to supplement your
HTML file. Not only that, but if you want to be able to see the images offline
you'll need to have HTTrack download those too. You'll end up with a folder of
files.

So what are you trying to do? Use the whole website offline? Use this one
directory offline? Find the HTML file?
