Not really - you can only capture resulting pages (that is, 
html content) except when you are requested to click on a 
button, or enter something in a form-based page : these 
cases are hard to handle. The database problem is a typical 
tricky thing to do: you have generally to enter a search 
term, or a give-me-this keyword, and such keywords/terms, 
or any choices in a list, are hard to handle for an offline 
browser.
