hi

i recognized that some modern params of responsive image are not parsed and
therefor not been downloaded and rewritten by httrack.

the params i had in a <img> are these:
srcset=
data-orig-file=
data-medium-file=
data-large-file=

is there any optionflags for httrack that i missed out? i did not find any to
specifify to parse these too.
