Yes in your project under 'set options' > Limits > Scan depth = 0 && Max
External Depth = 0
[that might do it alone]

[However to stay within a specific site/site dir]
Scan Rules > Include Links to > www.thesite.com/the-directory/some-sub-dir/*.

That will tell the program NOT to go outside that directory...
