Assuming you're talking about the Windows OS request about accepting
connections, it won't affect the mirroring of the site at all, but it will
affect your ability to check on progress from another machine.

To allow it yourself you'll have to add httrack to the list of programs
allowed to accept incoming connections in your firewall settings.
