I know your question is old and you've either figured out by now, or moved onto
another tool, but if anyone else if looking for a solution to this question,
this worked for me:

httrack -F "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0)"
<https://sourcedomain.com/> -O ~/PathToOutput/Folder -%v -s0
