I just downloaded the site... fully. 

Use Scan Rules > Include Links > This Link: <http://www.aspenequities.com/>

Then in Browser ID put Mozilla 5.1

And footer put it on blank. 

You probably never visit this site again in your life lol but that was the
solution.
