In my opinion, The best I think you can do is to have a list of the epubs you
REALLY would like to save and then download those files manually.

Many years ago I was able to save a few simple websites or pages from the
archive site using Httrack, but the archive.org site got changed and now it is
impossible to do so.

The best chance to have gotten the site using Httrack was when it was on the
regular Internet (Not, I imagine, what you are wanting to hear).
