Subject: How to access Options Panel in WebHTTracker

I have searched high and low, but cannot find the html location of the Options
Panel. There is a picture of it on the local server here:
<http://odbl1:8080/step9.html>, but, of course, that does not work! Shouldn't
that link be on the main index page or somewhere in help?
