No man, you downloaded it OK. The problem is CSS. It is what makes those
questions you downloaded hidden. So there are many ways to fix that.

1. Delete or rename or rename folder to any css files you downloaded. Then
reopen page. It may be bit uglier but all faqs will be shown.

2. Use text editor like notepad++ and replace code via search and replace of
any faq. I am bit too lazy to figure out the exact word you need to replace.

3. Host downloaded files via something like wamp or xampp then disable css for
localhot via some web browser extensions like umatrix...
