Re: #1: it means simply to delete *.css files in the copy you got. This will
mean that the browser (resp. the copied webpage) won't find any CSS, hence can
not apply any CSS, which seem to be the culprit in your example. However,
missing CSS will mean also that the layout will not look nice, but as Nijaz
pointed out, the information is supposed to be displayed at least.
