matter which software as there are multiple ways to achieve that and won't

person over with a car, you wouldn't also go to the car manufacturer to find
out who was sitting behind the steering wheel.
since you claim the business is affected, it would mean that somebody, who
allegedly copied that website, has published it online again (else how could
it affect the business).
so perhaps it's better to investigate via the used domain name to find out who
is behind that.
If tool A, B or C was used, would be irrelevant.
Also, it depends what data "and stuff" has been copied. Depending on a
country's legislation, not every copy of a website is automatically illegal.
