Well maybe just remove from scan rules +*.js to avoid possible cookie notice.
But if site gets huge, and you want smaller, try rules like these:

and mayb add this at bottom, but it may skip useful pages, not too sure, if
you are overwhelmed by too much waiting or too many files:
