unless the typo is just in what you wrote here, you need to have a space after
--disable-security-limits

Its missing in the above that you typed. I am learning this program too, but
you may need to place max rate before --disable-security-limits

It may not matter where its placed but I have read references saying it needs
to be the very last entry.
