The parameters available for individual projects are extensive. I think you may
have luck adjusting some of the options under the 'limits' tab. These would be
'Maximum mirroring depth', 'Maximum external depth', and even max size. A
'maximum external depth' of 0 may prevent any wikipedia pages from being
downloaded.
