Under My Web Site folder you will have the theme name folder. 

Open it and you will see one index page which will contain the code of the 1st
page that you see of HTTracker Website copier "Index of locally available
site".

just keep the basic html code - head, body.. and keep the Refresh code which
is the link that contains the main index page of the website in body and
delete everything else. 

Then it should be solved.
