have a problem on macOS Monterey ver 12.6

Have tried to install using

% sudo apt install httrack webhttrack
The operation couldn’t be completed. Unable to locate a Java Runtime that
supports apt.

Could some help with the version of Java Runtime I need

Have Java.   --- version 8, Update 341 (build 1.8.0_341-b10)
