I'm having the same issue as well. If I manually follow the directory path, I
can locate the file in the appropriate folder and it loads no problem. If I
use Internet Explorer, the images load, but the rest of the page doesn't load
properly. If I open it in Chrome or FireFox, the page loads properly except
the images.

I would be interested to know if there is a solution to this problem.
