The solution is simple.
Open your WinHTTrack > Click Next > Set project name, Next > Click Set
Options... > Limit > Remove all the values there ( leave them empty ) or you
can just ignore the 'Max Transfer rate (B/s)' to remain 25000 as by default.


It should start working properly without interruption.
