I'm struggling with downloading this website: <https://www.ibolli.it/index.php>

but the operation stops, say, immediately.
Error log says:
09:36:13 Warning:  file not stored in cache due to bogus state (incomplete
type with OK (200), size 0): <https://www.ibolli.it/index.php>

I did read in Forum but I didn't find anything helping me in solving the
issue. What configuration should I set to bypass the issue?
