My settings default the capture content to write to C:\My Websites, and
although I am running as an Admin I am not elevated by default.  I do not run
HTTrack with Admin privileges however when I capture a site it happily creates
that folder on the root of my Windows 10 C: drive...

How are you bypassing the UAC elevation prompt?
