You made the mistake of including the root directory of the HTTrack folder
when you uploaded everything to your hosting company. The normal way HTTrack
works is that it creates on your local machine a master folder for several
projects. Each project is usually a different web site.

What you should have done is upload the project folder (and its descendants)
to your hosting company, not the master folder. Always check locally befoore
posting.
