When I set GUI httrack website copier to mirror page
<http://www.a.b/c/d/123?xy-z-c=33> and set Limits / "Max Depth" to 1 i expect
that it would download internal pages linked from mine mentioned page. But it
downloaded just that page. "Travel mode" is set to "Can go down (default)".
"Global travel mode" is set to "Stay on the same address (default)".

After changing "Max Depth" to "2", it worked.

But this is a nonsense, because when i set 1 (one level) deep, it should have
downloaded 1 level deep from a mine defined page (meaning its sub-pages).

If this can not be fixed (i assume that it would confuse existing users), then
IMO the option should be better explained, for example a side note at
/server/option5.html (1=same page, 2=one level deep).

So what is the problem, how to fix it via httrack GUI?
