An HTML page named with ".asp" type will NOT be loaded 
in MSIE or Netscape, locally, because no MIME type 
will be available, as in "online" mode.
Therefore, file types have to be "known" before 
processing the final filename, and this operation 
required a supplemental test on the current engine
