The 3.03-o4 is available (beta.zip at 
download.httrack.com)

Performances tests on parsing (not downloading all 
files on it, just parsing) a 15MB HTML file, 
containing 10,000 links (not tested links):

version 3.02 : = 31 minutes and 10 seconds 
version 3.03o2 : = 27 seconds
version 3.03o4 : = 2 seconds

The "o4" release has been very optimized, especially 
in parsing routines
