| I wrote a message on this in the past but didn't manage to
figure it out with help. I thought I would try asking a
bit differently and with much more info (its been months).
My problem is that winhttrack is not fully downloading some
html files. Actualy the file extention is shtml but
anyway. It works fine for 99.9% of the files but there are
maybe 3 files on the whole website that come in incomplete
(litteraly if you look at the html raw it looks like it
just stoped downloading the page).
I have tried playing with options and reading through logs
and nothing seems to raise a flag for me. Finaly I decided
to try this out on a different computer (different
processor, internal components, os, etc) with same results.
Below is a link to a zip file. The file contains all the
files winhttrack created for this run and all the options
are there to view. The file is about 320k... Below that is
a link to the page that comes up no problem except when
cached (so you can compare the copied version). Finaly an
option I used on this test was -*.shtml, winhttrack does
download the whole html file of other files (say index3)
but not all of index2. I did that to cut down on the
number of files dled and size in the zip.
Please... Can anyone give me a clue as to if I am doing
something wrong? Can you make it work?
